Collection of Designs

A group project comprizing of 4 people tasked with the design and development of a full e-commerce web site for a company that deals in selling edible products such as: tea, cereals, oils, dried fruits, vinegars and spices.
This project was divided into three parts:

• Design – Analyzing the company and their services, analyzing their competition, creating personas and possible scenarios to simulate the experience and shopping process, create page structure and interconnectedness, create wireframes, create mockups.
• Front-end – Developing the main HTML structure following the guides of the previous part. The code was made to be fully responsive and cross-browser compatible. All scripts in JS (jQuery) required for some elements were built from the ground up with no external plugins or frameworks.
• Back-end – Creating a relational database and connecting relevant tables. The code was written entirely in PHP in an MVC architecture pattern and queries were intertwined with AJAX requests to achieve an uninterrupted experience

A small project that involved the design of a web-based mobile-friendly app that allowed its users a detailed view of the locations of upcoming parties and events on a map of the world. Events were restricted to a monthly period and users could view individual events and if interested, go the original site and make a purchase. Essentially, I used google maps and integrated it with the data from the original site’s API (JSON format) to show markers or display information of the event.

The purpose of the project was to redesign an existing website for a restaurant called CRUDO, but with changed characteristics and business model. It was necessary to create a top quality and innovative and responsive website that is user-friendly and with a modern and appealing design.

The purpose of the project was to design a selfasigned website using Wordpress as the main platform. I decided to design and develop a social network dedicated to sports enthusiasts. It allows the users to connect and communicate with other likeminded people all over the world.

The commission for the design of this mobile app arose out of the necessity to provide users of an existing device with an intuitive, fast and easy-to-use remote control system. The app was designed to allow users a reliable way to quickly define the parameters of their new devices, overview their status and manipulate them with ease and look sleek while doing it.

As an employed graphical and web designer in Few Good Geeks Oy, I've worked on various projects. I've been involved in the establishing of the company's identity through the creation and modification of it's website and general online appearance.

As an employed graphical designer in FewGoodGeeks Oy, I've worked on various projects. From contributing to brand design with logos, business cards and website appearance and functionality to Christmas gift cards, I've been involved in a multitude of aspects for the company's identity.

Website design and development for a VR distribution platform. The company is based in Finland and they wanted to refurbish their old website and add some shine to their e-appearance. Additionally, I created a sample logo for the company.

A logo and cover image package for a Finish laboratory focused on nano particles based research. Some of the logos and covers ended up as rejects and were discarded during the process, but are placed here for showcasing purpoces.

I was approached by a boutique specialized in elegant and classy women’s apparel to create a logo that expressed their company ideology and the feelings that their products evoked: freedom of individuality, boldness and elegance.

This is the design process for the packaging of edible material along with flyers for two versions of the product. Commissioned by a dog food company and it involved several iterations of dog models and background arrangement.

This is a project involving a couple of package designs for powdered deserts (Ice Cream & Whipped Cream). Additional content will be included accordingly.
